Machine Operator

Job Description:

• Operate and monitor paper cup making machines to ensure continuous and efficient production
• Handle electrical and mechanical setup, adjustments, and changeovers of machines
• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure product quality meets company standards and specifications
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Record machine performance, production output, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team for major repairs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in paper cup manufacturing or related production machinery is an advantage
• Knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, and pneumatic systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and in shifts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
