Position Overview

A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking Machine Operators / Production Operators to join their team in Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hands-on role operating state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, well-lit environment.

Operators are responsible for producing high-quality, precision components while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (+$1/hour shift differential)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production line equipment to manufacture precision components

Feed and load raw materials into machinery

Form and shape materials to required specifications

Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools

Ensure products meet strict quality standards

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs

Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Read and interpret work instructions and manufacturing documentation

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Handle materials and finished goods as needed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively, including overhead

Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (including marijuana)

Must not have any disqualifying record preventing firearm ownership

Must be able to reliably commute to Cranberry Township, PA\

Preferred / Helpful Backgrounds:

Machine operation or CNC experience

Experience with calipers, micrometers, or precision measurement tools

Mechanical or trade backgrounds such as:

HVAC

Electrician

Plumber

Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician

Carpenter / Construction

Machinist

Welder

Any hands-on, mechanically inclined experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: $21.00 – $25.75/hour

Shift differential for 2nd shift
