Machine Operator (All Shifts)

Production Operator

Our production operators are instrumental to our success! As an operator, you would be responsible to run a roll forming machine in a safe manner while producing quality aluminum or steel exterior building products. Operating machines requires sharp attention to detail, the ability to read work orders, use of standard hand/power tools, the ability to work independently as well as on a team, color matching and use of a tape measure for quality checks, counting correctly, regular lifting (up to 40-75 lbs.), and the ability to package finish products as they are produced. You must have a dependable track-record for attendance and a commitment to safety. We have openings on all 3 shifts!

Hours:

• 1st Shift (5 days/8-hour shifts): 6:30 am - 2:30 pm (Monday – Friday)
• 2nd Shift (5 days/8-hour shifts): 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm (Monday – Friday)
• 3nd Shift (5 days/8-hour shifts): 10:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Sunday – Thursday)

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, potential pay up to $25.00 per hour with our efficiency pay program (PLUS $3.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift).
