Al Rabban Holding – Machine Operator

Al Rabban Holding is looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operators to support manufacturing and industrial production operations.

What You’ll Do?

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Set up machines before production starts
• Feed raw materials into machines
• Check product quality during production
• Report machine faults or technical issues
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
• Follow factory safety and quality procedures
• Support daily production targets and team operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or vocational training preferred
• Factory or machine operation experience is an advantage
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work shifts and overtime
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Basic English communication skills

Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
