Duties And Skill Requirements

• Trains on basic fabrication machinery.
• Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Learns to hook up loads for overhead cranes.
• Assists welders, machine operators, painters and crane operators.
  
  

May at times perform some or all of the duties of these jobs.

• Possesses ability to solve basic math problems including the
  
  

following: fractions, decimals, conversions and measuring.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Physical Requirements

• Walks over and stoops under workhorses.
• Possesses ability to squat, stoop, bend and stand.
• Possesses ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Possesses ability to push and pull.
