Responsibilities:

As Machine Operator, the candidate will report directly to Plant Supervisor and will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day production requirements for the equipment, ensuring proper procedures are followed and deliverables stay on schedule to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Set-up and changeover of the equipment and production orders
• Work with other operators
• Working directly with the technical support group for the equipment
• Run the Production Orders in their correct priority sequence. Check the details specified on each order, during setup and running
• Prepare orders for shipping
• Perform quality checks of process
• Ensure safe work practices and procedures are being followed and required certificates are kept up to date
• Ability to effectively react to change and undertake other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Mechanical aptitude and a keen ability to troubleshoot issues
• Proficient with Microsoft office Suite and comfortable working in a network environment
• Three (3) years of production experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance for this Production-On-Demand operation
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage timelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven background in quality, safety
