Job Description:
The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality embroidery on garments and accessories, ensuring each piece meets our brand’s design and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce fashion garments and accessories
• Set up hoops, threads, stabilizers, and garments according to design specs
• Run and monitor embroidery jobs for accuracy and consistency
• Inspect finished pieces for quality, placement, and detail
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work closely with the design/production team to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Experience operating embroidery machines preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work with delicate and high-end fabrics
• Understanding of garment construction and placement is a plus
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fashion or apparel brands
• Familiarity with machines
• Knowledge of embroidery software
• Passion for fashion and craftsmanship
