Machine Operator – Level 2

Mai Dubai LLC is looking for a Machine Operator – Level 2 to join our Production team. The role is responsible for operating PET bottling machinery efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines as per SOPs and perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance .
• Ensure achievement of Line Efficiency (LE) and OEE targets .
• Execute machine changeovers, CIP/COP cleaning , and monitor RMPM usage and yield .
• Implement quality checks, CCP monitoring, and GMP/HACCP/5S practices .
• Report product quality issues immediately and ensure production meets quality specifications .
• Maintain general housekeeping and workplace safety , ensuring compliance with HSSE standards .

Requirements

• Technical certification (ITI/Diploma in Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating bottling plant machinery .
• Experience with PET bottling equipment such as Krones, Sidel, SMI, Husky, or Netstal .
• Strong knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and water bottling processes .
