Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain production machines. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.

· Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements.

· Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance to keep machines in good condition.

· Report malfunctions, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor/maintenance team.

· Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Maintain accurate records of production output and downtime.

· Ensure product quality by conducting regular inspections.

· Support team members to achieve daily production targets

Qualifications

· Matric Intermediate Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field

Skills Required

· Basic mechanical and technical knowledge.

· Ability to read and follow instructions/manuals.

· Strong attention to detail and quality.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Problem-solving ability in handling machine issues.

· Honest, pious, and capable candidates will be preferred
