Machine Operator Night Shift

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team for night and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining machinery, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. This role is crucial to our production process, ensuring that we meet our clients' demands and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines- horizontal and verticals
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality checks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
