Responsibilities

• Operate parts washing machinery safely and efficiently, following all operational procedures and safety guidelines
• Load and unload parts into the washer, ensuring proper placement for thorough cleaning
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting as needed
• Inspect cleaned parts for quality, ensuring they meet specified cleanliness standards
• Document washing cycles, maintenance activities, and quality checks accurately in logs
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve cleaning processes

Experience

• Previous experience operating industrial or automated machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle parts during loading and unloading
