Machine Operator- Pipes

Duities & Responssibilites :-

• Operate and monitor machines according to SOPs.

• Follow all safety rules and use PPE.

• Perform quality checks and report any issues immediately.

• Complete production and quality reports accurately.

• Adjust machine parameters within limits and troubleshoot minor issues.

• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.

• Apply 5S standards and keep the work area organized.

• Handle materials and support efficient production flow.

• Execute machine changeovers correctly and on time.

• Provide clear handover between shifts.

• Meet daily production targets and minimize downtime.
