Machine Operator – Production

• Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining production quality standards and following all company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation
• Keep work areas clean and organized following GMP and safety standards
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment cleaning as needed
• Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production facility environment
• Exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Must follow PPE and safety requirements at all times

Pay: $18.25 - $19.75 per hour

Work Location: In person
