Hours of Work: full time

Machine Operator/Glue Minder Duties: As a Machine Operator/Glue Minder, you will operate gluing machinery across various carton styles including undersize, straight-line, crash lock, and integral fitments. Your attention to detail will ensure high-quality standards are upheld throughout the production process. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain optimal output, work effectively under tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with team members. You will also lead a small team and report directly to the Gluing Manager, taking pride in producing premium cartons.

• Proven experience as a gluing operator, with comprehensive knowledge of various carton styles
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation
