Machine shop Engineer
Technical Responsibilities:
- Engineering and Programming: Analyze complex engineering drawings and blueprints. Develop and optimize CNC programs (G-code, M-code) for multi-axis turning and milling machines using CAD/CAM software.
- Operations and Setup: Oversee and execute machine setup, including tooling selection, fixture setup, and part-holding strategies for both turning and milling operations. Conduct first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Troubleshooting and Process Improvement: Diagnose and resolve complex machining issues related to tooling wear, program errors, and material properties. Implement process improvements to enhance cycle times, improve part quality, and reduce material waste.
- Maintenance: Coordinate and perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards, ensuring all parts meet dimensional and geometric tolerances as per specifications. Document and report all production data and nonconformities.

Qualifications
- Education:
- DME,BE, in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining (turning and milling).
