Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Machine Operator role located in Ajman- UAE.

Producing and repairing Polyurethane using different molds manually.

Adequate knowledge of Auto Cad to draw templates.

Testing tools, dies, jigs or Molds to ensure proper operation.

Setting up and operates various casting machines to cast polyurethane products

Position, secure, measure, and work polyurethane stock or castings to lay out for machining.

Lay outs, shapes and assembles patterns of plastic and other materials from blueprints, models or templates

Follow all the safety rules & regulations.

To execute all other tasks as requested by PU Supervisor or TM/Production Director within the assigned job role.

Qualifications

Machine Operation and Machinery knowledge

Quality Control skills

Experience with Hand Tools

Effective Communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred

Certification or degree in related field preferred
