Machinist (experienced)

We have openings for Experienced Machinists for a family owned and growing company. Candidate would prefer to be local to Southern Illinois, no relocation offered at this time. Looking for someone that wants a solid career and growth.

Salary is competitive and will be determined based upon experience and qualifications.

Basic job requirements include:

• Operation of CNC lathe, knee mill, Okuma & Hurco mills.
• General machining of parts to customer orders (not mass production.)
• Successful candidates will have at minimum of 2-4 years experience, strong math skills, good verbal skills, attention to detail & good work ethic.
• Certificate or associate's degree in Industrial Technology or similar, with 3-5 years experience in a machine shop setting is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
