Responsibilities:
· Conduct tea business operation tasks, which include but are not limited to preparing and serving a variety of beverages and snacks according to our standard recipes.
· Manage both front-of-house and kitchen operations, perform inventory checks, and plan business operations to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Engage with customers, taking orders and serving drinks to create delightful Macu Moments.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including the service and kitchen areas.
· Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
· Assist with inventory and restocking supplies.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer satisfaction and sales.

· Must have a reliable means of transportation to consistently arrive on time.
