We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Mahindra Trucks & Buses. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers in assigned territories
  • Promote Mahindra Truck & Bus models and explain features & benefits
  • Generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
  • Maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and contractors
  • Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Follow up with customers and close sales effectively
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate
  • 1–3 years experience in automobile / commercial vehicle sales preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
  • Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license
  • Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the field
