Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that each client’s home or business is left spotless and welcoming.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
• Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to meet health standards, ensuring all areas are hygienic for use.
• Handle custodial tasks in various settings, including hotels or other facilities as required.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any needs for replenishment to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate varying client needs may be required.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning services are essential.
