Maid Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maid Supervisor to manage and supervise housekeeping staff. The candidate will ensure high cleaning standards, proper staff coordination, and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide maids and housekeeping staff
• Assign daily duties and work schedules
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety
• Monitor attendance and staff performance
• Ensure proper use of cleaning tools and materials
• Report maintenance issues to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Maid Supervisor or similar role
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to manage a team
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety
• Hardworking and well-organized
