Maid/housekeeper

We are looking for a friendly, and professional housekeeper in a residential home in Estero to take care of all aspects of the upkeep of a household.

Job requirements include but are not limited to the following:

• Cleaning all rooms of the house, including bedrooms, living-rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, stairs, library, office.
• Surfaces to be cleaned include: floors, windows, doors, furniture, beds, showers, sinks/faucets, toilets, mirrors, walls, artefacts, pictures, among other.
• Upkeep of outside areas such as terraces, balconies, stairs, entry-ways.
• Physical tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming, wiping, bed-making, washing laundry, folding, ironing, dish-washing, trash-removal, among other;
• Upkeep of the kitchen – cleaning, sorting, organizing dishware, -silverware, -cookware.
• Occasional tasks may include: assisting with meal-preparation (i.e. breakfast), grocery shopping, checking the mail.

The housekeeper serves as a point of contact for vendors (i.e. provide property access), takes note of items that require repair/maintenance and reports those to the property manager.

All supplies needed to perform the job will be provided (i.e. cleaning tools, -chemicals).

This is a year-round job. Vacation time is earned after one year of employment.

English, Spanish, German language preferred.
