Overview:
The Mail Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail and package operations. This role serves as a frontline representative of Sprouts, providing outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external visitors. The Mail Coordinator is a professional, dependable, and team-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining an organized, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment. #LI-AD1
Essential Functions:
Mail & Package Operations

Keeps the central mail room organized, clean, and stocked at all times

Sorts, weighs, bundles, and determines postage for all outgoing mail

Sorts all interoffice and incoming mail for pick up
-
Operates and maintains postal equipment (e.g. postage meter, scales)

Processes FedEx, Certified Mail, and other special delivery items
-
Signs for packages and ensures communication to the correct recipient for timely pick up
- May make special deliveries to the post office or courier as directed

Maintains and replenishes postal and shipping supplies
-
Manages accounts payable activities, including invoice review, payment processing, and resolution of billing discrepancies.

Keeps abreast of postal and company changes that may affect mail flow
Front Desk & Reception Support

Provides front desk and reception coverage as needed — supports and backs up the primary receptionist as directed

Answers and directs phone calls promptly and professionally

Registers and manages visitors in accordance with building security protocols

Maintains a clean, organized, and professional front entrance area at all times
Office & Facilities Support

Assists in ordering, receiving, and stocking office supplies

Helps keep conference rooms and break rooms clean, stocked, and guest-ready

Keeps delivery room and supply room organized and clean

Supports cross-training on digital signage updates as needed

Provides administrative support to the StoreCare team as directed

Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D required

Experience using shipping and postal equipment as well as utilizing data entry experience to track inventory

Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly

Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this role — dependability is required

Professional appearance and conduct; represents Sprouts in a public-facing capacity

Friendly, helpful, and customer-service-focused disposition — serves both internal team members and external visitors

Experience with MS Office Suite, ERP or similar databases
