Position Overview

Cornerstone Chiropractic is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to support daily administrative operations within our clinic. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, organizing correspondence, and ensuring that important documents are delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence to appropriate staff and departments
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments using postal and courier services
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Organize and maintain the mailroom area to ensure efficiency and proper document handling
  • Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of important documents
  • Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as needed, including document filing and office support
  • Ensure all mail and sensitive documents are handled in accordance with office confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a mailroom, administrative, or clerical role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally
  • Comfortable working in a busy healthcare or office environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Pay: $21.60 - $24.00 per hour
