Main Contractor – Construction Projects (UAE)

We are seeking an experienced Main Contractor to handle construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in delivering large-scale (high-rise towers) developments and hold valid UAE construction licenses, approvals, and classifications, including relevant authority registrations.

This role will cover a variety of current and future projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute construction projects from initiation to completion
• Oversee all site operations, subcontractors, manpower, and execution activities
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, budgeting, procurement, and quality control
• Obtain and maintain all required permits, approvals, and inspections
• Ensure successful delivery of projects according to specifications and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in large-scale (high-rise towers) construction projects
• Must hold valid UAE construction licenses, approvals, and authority classifications (Dubai Municipality approvals/permits)
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and approval processes
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, labour teams, and full project execution
• Ability to handle multiple project types (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
• UAE-based contractors preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio of completed construction projects in the UAE
• Strong relationships with consultants, suppliers, and authorities
• Established capability to mobilize resources and manage large-scale execution
