MAINTANANCE MANAGER (O & M, Water Network Pump House and Utilities)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Project related to water utilities infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE/GCC.
• Proven expertise in Operation & Maintenance projects, including supervision of works related to water pumping stations and water network maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management principles.
• Experience in Performance-Based Contracts.
• Experience in Water O&M Task-Based Contracts and TAQA regulations.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of contractual principles and project documentation.
• Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure achievement of project performance targets.

Job Details

Project Location: Al Ain, UAE
Salary Package: AED 14,000 – 17,000 (based on experience)
