Job Description:

Great Fire Safety Solutions is looking for a Back Office Executive (Female) to join our office team. This is a full-time, office-based role involving customer coordination, documentation, and daily back-office operations.

Key Requirements:

• Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customers professionally
• Language proficiency required:
• English (Fluent)
• Hindi
• Marathi
• Ability to manage calls, follow-ups, and office coordination
• Prior back-office or customer handling experience is an advantage
• Fire safety industry experience is not mandatory (training will be provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Manage emails, documents, quotations, and reports
• Perform data entry and maintain office records
• Coordinate with clients and internal site teams
• Provide day-to-day back office support

Eligibility:

• Must be comfortable with office-based work
