Icebox Diamonds & Watches is a family-owned luxury jewelry retailer in the Buckhead shopping district of Atlanta that has been in business for over 40 years. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs onsite and on off-site properties
• Troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general facilities
• Handle minor carpentry, painting, patching, and fixtures
• Ensure the sales floor, offices, external and off-site areas remain safe and clean
• Daily mopping and vacuum and cleaning duties
• Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are needed
• Assist with small renovation or improvement projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 + years’ experience in general maintenance, facilities or related trade
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
• Ability to lift 50+ LBS and perform hands-on physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
