Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing bakery equipment to ensure smooth production. Performs routine checks, fixes issues quickly, and helps keep the workplace safe and compliant with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up new bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and dough dividers, ensuring proper functionality.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and servicing of equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix mechanical and basic electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and parts used.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulation

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience with bakery machinery and equipment.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical background.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
