Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Repair machinery, appliances, and other technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Respond quickly to guest complaints and maintenance requests.
• Monitor utility usage and report malfunctions to management.
• Assist in installation and upgrading of equipment when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
