Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at The Shore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the high standards of our newly renovated hotel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of hotel facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment as needed.
• Utilize schematics and CMMS for efficient maintenance operations.
• Weld and fabricate components to support facility repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff during projects and repairs when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns related to maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to use tools such as ohmmeters.
• Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
