Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at AmericInn. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and functionality of our hotel facilities, contributing to a pleasant experience for our guests. Your expertise will help maintain our high standards of service and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Assist in the fabrication and installation of fixtures as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is essential.
• Basic welding skills are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Leadership skills are beneficial for potential supervisory responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
