Position: Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and general property care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant units
• Maintain pool cleanliness and equipment functionality
• Ensure grounds and common areas are kept clean and presentable
• Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, and all local laws and ordinances
• On-call rotation and weekend availability
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of on-site experience as an Assistant Maintenance Technician, Make Ready, or Painter
• Must provide own tools for general maintenance and repair work
• HVAC / EPA certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
