```Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, as well as overseeing maintenance projects and supervising contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a background in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions

- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Supervise contractors during maintenance projects and ensure work is completed according to specifications

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members and guests and address any urgent issues

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations

- Provide excellent customer service to guests

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise contractors and manage maintenance projects effectively

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
