Maintenance and Groundskeeper

Position available is 6:30am-3:00pm. Drug Test, Driver's License and Background check required. Primary role is to administer property with the day-to-day operations in a professional manner, adhering to the policies and procedures.

Must be aware of physical condition of property throughout the community.

Assist in keeping grounds neat, clean and free of litter.

Must have basic carpentry/irrigation/electrical/painting skills, problem solving abilities, and frequently able lift/shift large weights

Must be able to perform frequently walking/crouching/kneeling, working outside in inclement weather, and lifting and digging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
