Position Summary:
The Maintenance and Repair (M&R) Chassis Billing Clerk is responsible for processing, auditing, and managing invoices related to chassis maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment services. This role ensures accurate billing, vendor payment processing, and compliance with company policies and customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process invoices for chassis maintenance, repairs, inspections, and replacement parts.
  • Verify repair charges against work orders, maintenance reports, vendor estimates, and service agreements.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and billing documentation.
  • Generate excel reports on repairs billed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in billing, accounts payable, transportation, fleet maintenance, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing invoices and maintenance records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of chassis maintenance and repair processes preferred.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
