Maintenance and Warehouse Technician (Hybrid)

We have a new hybrid Maintenance and Warehouse Technician position open. We need a semi-skilled maintenance employee to perform general maintenance inside and outside the building. The warehouse work requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols. The position will split time between maintenance and warehouse duties at the company’s discretion.

Maintenance

• General repairs throughout the inside and outside of the building.
• Minor plumbing and equipment repairs.
• Outside landscaping clean-up.
• Calibrate inside sprinkler system monthly.
• Pressure wash sidewalks.
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned.

Warehouse

• Pick orders from the warehouse bins to fulfill customer orders.
• Perform packaging tasks including taping, sealing, and preparing products for shipment.
• Ensure that all packages are secure, properly labeled, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain an organized work area to facilitate efficient packaging processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 70 pounds, repetitively throughout the workday.
• Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
