McHarrie Life is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our remarkable Senior Living Community team for our open** Full Time 4nights/week 11p-7a (EOW)** opportunity!

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Assistant include:

• Ensure operation of building and equipment within facility. This position will be assigned general maintenance duties as necessary.
• Uses electronic work order system for processing and completing work orders quickly and efficiently.
• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance and repair work to maintain the facility.
• May drive company vehicles as needed.

Required qualities for a successful Maintenance Assistant:

• General maintenance experience and knowledge in the areas of painting, plumbing, electrical, and residential repairs.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform other physical-related duties.
• Must be able to stand varying temperatures in the work area.
• Clean valid NYS Driver License.
