To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

Previous experience working in a building maintenance capacity. 2 years’ experience in a maintenance assistant role.

Knowledge of Federal, State and Local requirements and regulations.

As a maintenance assistant, you are hevily relied upon, rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Lincoln Park. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are safe.
