Maintenance Assistant

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Willow Grove, PA is searching for an experienced, long term care Maintenance Assistant to support our team.

Part-time position available.

The Most Successful Candidate:

• Comfortable dealing tactfully with personnel, resident, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public

• Has a positive attitude and cheerful disposition

• Strives to ensure the safety of our residents

• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks

• Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing

The Qualifications & Physical Demands:

• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations

• Must have 2+ years of experience

• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching

• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light weights
