Maintenance Assistant

Experience of handling basic maintenance and repairing work in a Hospital is preferred.

1) Should take daily rounds of the full hospital department, note down all the electrical deficiencies / faults and rectify the same at the earliest.

2) Cleaning of Powerhouse, D. G. Sets & LT Panels on a monthly basis.

3) Check Borewell and Water Pump belt on daily basis.

4) Clean batter and its terminal on monthly basis.

5) Check water in the water tank and its cleaning on quarterly basis.

6) Prepares as schedule of maintenance in the generator room.

7) Maintains the records of faulty electrical appliances.

8) For any spares / items required for repairing / installing any electrical fault he shall give the requisition to the Store In charge.

9) Maintains records of spare items available with him in a stock register.

10) Checks from complaints register regarding the problems informed by the various departments.

11) Check the water level in DG batteries on monthly basis.

12) Check the Diesel in service tank on monthly basis.
