Responsibilities Include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks
• Assisting with apartment turnovers and renovations
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, indoors and out
• Supporting the overall upkeep of the facility and grounds

What We're Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of building systems and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work on your feet
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Requirements:

• Must be capable of passing a DSHS background check
• Must be 18 or older
• A valid Washington State Drivers License, in good standing
