Maintenance Assistant Full time

CareCore at Montgomery, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This position will support the Maintenance Director in ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with general repairs and facility upkeep
• Performing painting, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks
• Addressing resident maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Supporting overall building safety and compliance
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
