Maintenance Associate

Jaglax Homes is looking for a Maintenance Associate for their Holiday Homestay property in Siolim -Goa

Role and responsibilities:

Repair guest rooms and public spaces as necessary - including but not limited to kitchen, electrical, and plumbing repairs
Have some knowledge of Electrical/Plumbing/ Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
Perform maintenance and repairs for assigned areas of expertise such as the interior and exterior of the property, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicable
To undertake minor MEP work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the Villa
Operate and understand basic television system, plumbing systems and electrical systems through the property
Performing routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms, repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures, and any other maintenance needs at the building as needed

Qualification: Diploma / 1-3 year's experience in maintenance department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
