Maintenance Coordinator – Lift Maintenance
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Maintenance Coordinator – Lift Maintenance to manage day-to-day lift maintenance operations and service coordination. Candidates with electrical and mechanical knowledge will be preferred, and prior experience in lift/elevator maintenance will be an added advantage.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating preventive maintenance, breakdown attendance, technician scheduling, customer communication, permit/pass arrangements, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth maintenance activities and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily lift maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance (PPM), breakdown calls (B/D), emergency complaints, and repair works.
- Assign and monitor technicians for scheduled maintenance and service activities.
- Apply and arrange required work permits/passes for breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with clients, building management, and site teams for access approvals and maintenance scheduling.
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely closure of service requests.
- Respond professionally to customer emails regarding complaints, maintenance updates, quotations, service schedules, and operational matters.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, work orders, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate spare parts, materials, and subcontractor support when required.
- Monitor lift performance and support timely troubleshooting and rectification of issues.
- Prepare operational and maintenance reports and update management on pending works and service status.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Support smooth coordination between technical, operations, and customer service teams.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in maintenance coordination or lift maintenance operations.
- Lift/elevator maintenance experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of applying work permits/passes for maintenance activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and maintenance documentation.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
