Maintenance Crew Leader – Commercial Landscaping

LIME Commercial Landscapes is hiring a Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a commercial landscape maintenance crew servicing professional properties throughout our area.

We are a growing, systems-driven commercial landscape company focused on quality, accountability, and long-term growth. This is not a “mow and go” position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading a 2–4 person maintenance crew
• Executing mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, and seasonal detail work
• Maintaining high property standards on every visit
• Identifying irrigation or landscape issues before clients do
• Training crew members on efficiency and professionalism
• Maintaining clean trucks and organized equipment
• Communicating clearly with management
• Documenting work using company systems

You are responsible for the condition of your properties.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
• Prior crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to operate commercial mowers and equipment confidently
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in heat, cold, and changing weather
• Professional attitude when interacting with clients

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
