Maintenance Crew Member / Driver

G&G Landscape Solutions is a locally owned, full-service landscape company that has proudly served the Charlotte metro area for over 30 years. We specialize in landscape maintenance, landscape design, hardscape installation, and creating exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Crew Member / Driver to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values its employees.

What You'll Do

• Drive company vehicles and safely transport crew members and equipment
• Perform landscape maintenance services on residential and commercial properties
• Operate string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and walk-behind mowers
• Edge landscape beds and install mulch or pine straw
• Pull weeds and remove debris from job sites
• Assist with property cleanups and detail work
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures
• Represent G&G Landscape Solutions professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred
• Experience operating landscape equipment
• Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Respectful of coworkers, clients, company vehicles, and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & BenefitsPay

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
