This role is crucial to ensure our building is safe, clean, and operating at its best while meeting all local, state, and federal standards.
Director of Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and facility inspections
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems in excellent condition
• Ensure compliance with building codes and healthcare regulations
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage department budget
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and keep accurate records
