We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations at our nursing and rehabilitation center. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage day-to-day operations, tackle urgent issues, and ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and staff.

If your background is in building operations, property management, hospitality, or hotel facilities—and you have the skills and instincts to lead a maintenance team effectively—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all property maintenance operations

• Train, supervise, and support the on-site maintenance assistant

• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors

• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure facility standards are maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proven ability to motivate and manage teams

• Calm, decisive, and proactive under pressure

• Proficiency with basic computer systems for reporting and tracking tasks

• Florida resident with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Hands-on approach to maintenance (not just office management)

• HVAC and mechanical knowledge strongly preferred
