Maintenance Director

Maintenance Director (Safety & Maintenance Engineer)

Glen Mills Senior Living, Senior Living and Memory Care, of Glen Mills, PA is looking for an organized and hands-on professional to lead the Maintenance efforts of one of our premier Senior Living Communities, and help to keep it “ A Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live. ”

Salary: $65,000 - $67,000 yearly + quarterly bonus potential

Responsibilities include:

Hands-on maintenance of grounds, building interior and equipment
Supervising/Leading a team of housekeepers
Successfully negotiates & coordinates with outside vendors
Performs preventative maintenance and repairs (light construction, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Position requires working hands-on maintenance approximately 80% of the time

Qualifications include:

4 years of solid maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record
Light construction, electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting skills
Commercial laundry/housekeeping experience is a plus
HVAC certification preferred
